By accessing or using the Gharonix platform (www.gharonix.com), web application, mobile interfaces, or related services, you agree to strictly comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue using our services.
Gharonix operates solely as a technological marketplace intermediary connecting real estate listers and buyers in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Gharonix does NOT act as a real estate developer, broker, financial agent, or property legal title guarantor. As an intermediary under Section 79 of India's IT Act 2000, Gharonix is protected against third-party user submission liabilities.
All sellers, agents, and property owners submitting listings warrant that property details, carpet areas, pricing, LDA/RERA approvals, and uploaded images are accurate, truthful, and non-infringing. Submission of misleading photos, fake prices, or non-existent properties results in immediate permanent ban and potential legal referral.
Gharonix does NOT charge buyers or property listers any platform commission or hidden service fees for listing or contacting properties. Any commission or deal fees negotiated between buyers and independent agents are entirely separate and outside Gharonix liability.
Gharonix strongly advises every user to conduct thorough independent legal verification, title deed inspection, tax receipt check, and site visits before transferring token money, advance deposits, or signing sale deeds.
All original content, UI branding, codebases, design tokens, logos, graphic assets, and domain names associated with Gharonix are the exclusive intellectual property of Gharonix. Unauthorised copying, scraping, or mirroring is strictly prohibited.
By uploading property media to Gharonix, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, optimize, and market the media on our platform and official social channels. Gharonix reserves full right to remove any listing without prior notice.
In no event shall Gharonix, its founders, directors, or employees be held liable for direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from real estate transactions, title defects, seller fraud, or platform service interruptions.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of platform usage shall fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
